Terms and Conditions
- If there is Damage (however caused), theft of the Vehicle or Third-Party Loss you must pay up to the Damage Excess Shown in the rental agreement plus GST. Damage Cover Products may be purchased to reduce Your liability.
- Cover for Damage or Third-Party Loss is excluded some circumstances even if you purchase Damage Cover Products. They include Damage or third-Party Loss caused by use of the vehicle in a prohibited area, Overhead Damage, including overhead contact to any part of the pantech or box section of a commercial vehicle, incundation or immersion of the vehicle in water and use of the incorrect fuel type.
- Driving the vehicle on unsealed roads and above the snow line is never permitted unless you purchase the appropriate cover at the start of rental.
- Off-Road use is always strictly prohibited.
- Parking, speeding and traffic infringements are your responsibility and incur an administrative fee.
- You authorize us to charge all amounts payable under your rental contract.
- The Linkt Terms and Conditions include an obligation on you pay Tolls amount if you use a toll road.
By signing below, You accept and agree to be bound by the rental contract and the link terms and conditions. I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Contract, the Drivo Car Hire Privacy Policy and I authorize Drivo Car Hire to charge all amount payable under my Rental Contract.
